A complete, ready-to-broadcast AzuraCast setup for web radio stations that want professional AutoDJ, playlist scheduling, music management and advanced streaming configuration.
The AzuraCast Professional Setup includes everything from the Basic and Advanced packages and adds the complete preparation of your station for daily broadcasting.
The Professional Setup includes up to 8 hours of setup time, divided into two appointments of up to 4 hours each. Both appointments are included in the package price. The second appointment will be scheduled separately.

Playlist Planning
The customer must provide the desired playlist and scheduling plan before setup begins.
This should include, where applicable:
- Playlist names
- Music categories or formats
- Required time periods
- Days of the week
- Station ID / Jingle frequency
- Special shows or scheduled programming
- Playlist priorities
- Desired rotation rules
The Professional Setup includes the technical implementation and optimization of the supplied programming plan.
Development of a complete station music format or programming concept from scratch is not included unless separately agreed.
Music Upload
All music, jingles, station IDs and other audio content must be supplied by the customer.
Music upload is included up to an agreed library size.
Very large music libraries or unusually large data transfers may require an additional quotation.
Customer Requirements
Before setup begins, the customer must provide:
- Suitable Debian Linux VPS
- Root or sudo access
- Required domain/subdomain information
- Station names and stream requirements
- Music and audio files
- Playlist and scheduling plan
- User and DJ account requirements
- Branding materials
- Required API credentials where applicable
Remote Access Requirement
For the scheduled setup appointment, the customer must provide working Chrome Remote Desktop access to the computer used for the radio or streaming setup.
Chrome Remote Desktop must be installed, configured and ready to use before the appointment begins.
The customer must be available at the beginning of the session to provide or approve the required remote access.
VPS root or sudo access must also be available separately where required.
If remote access or required login credentials are not available at the scheduled appointment, the setup may have to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
SSH / PuTTY Setup
As part of the setup service, we can configure PuTTY on the customer’s computer and create the required SSH connection to the VPS using the provided server credentials.
The customer must provide the VPS IP address, SSH port, username and valid root or sudo access before the scheduled appointment.
The SSH connection will be tested before the AzuraCast installation begins.
Password & Security Policy
For security reasons, customers should enter sensitive passwords themselves whenever possible during the setup session.
If temporary passwords or credentials must be provided to complete the installation, the customer is required to change them after the setup has been completed.
This applies in particular to:
- VPS root or sudo access
- AzuraCast administrator accounts
- SFTP accounts
- Streamer / DJ accounts
- Third-party API accounts and credentials
- Any other account with administrative or sensitive access
We recommend changing all temporary passwords immediately after the final setup and testing have been completed.
Customers remain responsible for the security and storage of their final passwords and access credentials.
Free Support
The Professional Setup includes 1 hour of support within 14 days after final handover.
This support can be used for:
- Questions about the configured system
- Minor adjustments
- Playlist configuration changes
- User or DJ account assistance
- General AzuraCast operating guidance
Major changes, additional stations or extensive reconfiguration are not included in the free support period.
Setup Appointment & Technical Requirements
Please make sure that all required access credentials, server details, files and other requested information are available before the scheduled setup appointment.
If the setup cannot be completed because required information, access credentials, server access, files or other customer-side requirements are missing or not working, an additional appointment may be required and additional charges may apply.
Unexpected technical issues may require the setup to be continued during a separate appointment.
If the delay or technical issue is caused by us, the required follow-up appointment will of course be provided at no additional charge.
If required customer-side prerequisites are missing or prevent completion of the setup, there is no entitlement to a free follow-up appointment.
The Professional Setup includes up to 8 hours of scheduled setup time and may be divided into two appointments where necessary.
Final Result
After completion, you receive a professionally configured AzuraCast system with your music library, AutoDJ, playlists, scheduling, DJ access and streaming infrastructure ready for daily operation.
The complete broadcast chain is tested from studio or AutoDJ source through AzuraCast to the public stream.
