Jingles, liners and station IDs setup
Existing audio files can be imported, organised and configured in RadioBOSS.
Creation or production of jingles, liners, station IDs or voiceovers is not included.
Choose Your Setup Package
2 Hours – Basic Setup
Ideal for a new RadioBOSS installation or a small number of configuration tasks.
3 Hours – Extended Setup
More time for music library organisation, playlists, audio configuration, jingles, scheduling and additional setup.
4 Hours – Complete Setup
Best for customers who want a more complete RadioBOSS setup and enough time to work through several areas of the station configuration.
Remote Support
The setup session is normally carried out using Google Chrome Remote Desktop.
Shortly before the appointment, you generate a temporary one-time support code and provide it to us. This allows us to work with you directly on your RadioBOSS computer.
No permanent remote access is installed or required.
Please remain at your computer during the session. This allows us to discuss your requirements and explain the changes while the setup is being completed.
Before Your Appointment
Please make sure that:
- RadioBOSS is already installed on your Windows computer
- Your music files are available on the computer or connected storage
- You have a stable internet connection
- Google Chrome is installed
- You are available at the computer during the remote session
Booking Your Setup Session
After purchasing your setup package, we will arrange a suitable date and time for your remote session.
You will be asked for your preferred appointment time, your time zone, your RadioBOSS version and a short description of what you would like help with.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive the information needed for the remote session.
Please Note
The service does not include:
- A RadioBOSS software licence
- Music files or music licensing
- Streaming server hosting
- Website development
- Large-scale music tagging or library cleanup
- Complex network or server configuration
- Custom software development
